Scott will be your point of contact all the way through the build, from helping you to decide on any bespoke additions, clarifying costs, negotiating any planning requirements and generally being on-hand to ensure that you are kept fully informed of every element of your build project.

Your Advisor
Dawn can help with any initial conversation about the Decorated Shed range of garden buildings, send you support information or help you speak to another specialist member of the team.

Your After-Care Team
When your project is completed our after-care team will be on-hand to answer any questions that might arise, talk through any maintenance recommendations specific to your chosen design and to ensure that you can get the most out of your garden building throughout its life.

Your Build Team
A core team of construction professionals with more than 75 years of combined industry experience ensure that your garden building is created to the most exacting standards.

Your Landscape Architect
Clare will provide expert advice on the best landscaping, planting and screening options for your project, developing recommendations specific to your garden building and plot.

Your Project/Construction Managers
A team of on-site co-ordinators with more than 40 years of combined experience will guarantee that your build project runs smoothly, from plot preparation right through to the handover of keys.

Your Surveyor
On more complex sites, your RICS Surveyor can provide a comprehensive survey, giving you answers on the suitability of the site, foundation requirements and any other issues specific to your project.

Your Visualisation Specialist
Prior to the build, Dave will create a series of photo-realistic CGIs (computer generated images) to help you fully visualise how your garden building will look in situ.

Architectural technician
John will take care of the initial plans and drawings for your building. This also involves dealing with any layout issues and placements of windows and doors.
