    We currently offer two build plans, designed to provide a simple and transparent pricing structure;

    Full Service Build - A unique, bespoke garden building, designed especially for you. This choice will include all of your foundation works, groundwork and electrical connections, as well as frame and roof variations, feature variations and design variations to suit your needs. You will also have the choice of materials used and the colours of internal finishes. Any needs for specialised rooms and features such as bathrooms and kitchens can also be included.

    Cost-effective Build - A beautiful garden building from the Decorated Shed design range. The most cost-effective materials chosen by our specialists will be used inside and out. This service will not include your foundation works, ground works, internal decoration and external electrical connections, but does include electrical work within the building (one external down lighter, two internal down lights and six plug sockets). Any additional requirements for specialised rooms and features will fall under the Full Service Build, making costs fluctuate from our 'starting from' prices.

    So, prices can vary depending on your service plan, and the features and designs required. 'Starting from’ prices will apply;

    An important consideration to bear in mind is that our buildings are high-specification and high-performance, designed to meet and exceed the regulations of permanent dwellings, developed with premium materials and containing high-end fixtures and fittings. As a result, our buildings can't be classed in the same bracket as some of the cheaper, temporary garden offices currently on the market.

    Foundations, Services and Exceptions


    As our buildings are designed to be long-term installations with a consistently high performance year after year, they require foundation works and electrical preparation. The price for these works naturally varies depending on the building dimensions, as well as any specific features of the plot. Typically, the price of foundations and utility services ranges from around £2000 on the smallest buildings, up to around £15,000 for the largest bespoke units. Costs can increase if the work is more complex or the building is situated further from the main residence or the ground requires more substantial foundations. Most of these costs can be detailed at the survey stage prior to starting the main build. In a comparative way other suppliers may not give the option to include all of these services in their headline rate - please check this when comparing prices.
