Our price for a superior product is very competitive with the range starting at £13,995. This figure which would apply to the majority of small domestic sites includes project management, liaising with planning departments, design, delivery, foundations, erection and connection to services and VAT.
An important consideration to bear in mind is that our garden offices and studios are high-specification, high-performance buildings designed to meet and exceed the regulations of permanent dwellings, built with premium materials and containing high-end fixtures and fittings. As a result, our buildings can’t be classed in the same bracket as some of the cheaper, temporary garden offices currently on the market.
Larger-scale leisure units with kitchen, bathrooms or storage with usable space of 30sq+ metres, start at £39,995. This figure includes project management, liaising with planning departments, design, delivery, foundations, erection and connection to services.
Living spaces, granny annexes and bespoke buildings with full living facilities, start at £39,995 and are inclusive of the items listed above.
Foundations , Services and Exceptions
As our buildings are designed to act as long-term installations with a consistently high performance year after year, they require foundation works and electrical preparation. The price for these works naturally varies depending on the building dimensions, as well as any specific features of the plot. Typically, the price of foundations and utility services ranges from around £2000 on the smallest buildings, up to around £15,000 for the largest bespoke units. The costs detailed above include standard solutions for foundations and service connections but they can increase if the work is more complex or the building is sited further from the main residence or the ground requires more substantial foundations. Most of these costs can be detailed at the survey stage prior to starting the main build. In a comparative way other suppliers may not include all of these services in their headline rate - please check this when comparing prices.
