How to go green? - Work from home!

By Dawn Kubicek on 16th April, 2010
Work from home! This article is one I am hearing more and more about these days and is definitely becoming a very popular option for many of us. This is simply because it is a lot greener working from home than commuting to the office each day, and we are all becoming more aware of the environment and going green!
At Decorated Shed our research has found that people do want to work from home, but can find it distracting and in some cases de motivating. This will probably be why our garden office building is the most popular. Yes you are still at home, but you are secluded in your own area away from your home life and can get on with your work in piece. Also to mention the fact Decorated Shed's are beautiful buildings - built to your own requirements.
Apart from saving on the commuting, you will also be saving on disposable lunch containers and general work materials like pencils and chairs - so no wonder this work from home idea is becoming top conversation at your office!!
