Win a luxury forest tree house holiday

Win a luxury forest tree house holiday

By Dawn Kubicek on 3rd August, 2010

To celebrate the V&A's Architects build small spaces exhibition, they have joined forces with Forest Holidays to hold a competition where a holiday for eight is up for grabs in a luxury, eco-friendly tree house.

Decorated Sheds garden studios are all eco-friendly and built with the carbon footprint and the environment in mind. It is nice to see that holiday companies attracting a vast number of tourists promote these points of view to, making people aware of it if they weren't already.

The holiday destination is in Cornwall at the Deerpark site. It is surrounded by forests protected by the Forestry Commission, allowing you to live in these natural surroundings and stand on your own private veranda and enjoy a peaceful environment.

Forest Holidays now have five cabin sites around the UK with a brand new site opening in Autumn 2010 in the Forest of Dean. All of the locations offer tourist activities such as walking, cycling trails and forest holiday ranger led walks where wildlife spotting and activities are involved for the whole family. Experience a dusk watch when the bats and moths come out to play or learn forest survival, how to build a shelter and which plants are safe to eat.

The Deerpark site is in a hidden valley in the heart of Cornwall, with miles of trails and cycle routes on your doorstep, with the lovely Cornish coast just a few miles away.

The winner will stay in a luxurious Golden Oak cabin with a tree house extension. The tree house is a one-bed en-suite extension accessed by an adventurers bridge from the main cabin's terrace. The main cabin is a luxurious three-bedroom Golden Oak cabin, which features a log-burning stove, flat-screen TV, Wii games console and DVD, outdoor hot tub and sumptuous bathrobes, towels and slippers.

So why not enter the competition giving you the chance to win this luxury weekend break, see link below to fill in the form.

Good Luck!
