The Larger Garden Office

By Steven Willis on 15th February, 2011
Yesterday we focused on the compact garden office, and how it can comfortably fit within small gardens. While most people’s working days can be conducted from a desk – some of us need that extra bit of space, for various diverse reasons, and garden offices can be sized up to contain any number of different requirements.
Even if you’re working alone, a larger scale garden office could be the work-from-home solution you’re looking for. A compartmentalised garden office with a seating area, meeting room or space for multiple desks can be easily accommodated. Working in a team of two, three, four or more can be flexibly accommodated with a more spacious garden office.
More open plan office spaces can be required for many types of job or activity, for instance artist’s studios or photography suites. In these jobs, the room to spread out equipment and materials instantly cancels out the sense of clutter that can appear in smaller spaces over time.
