For larger structures we can create an interior plan before the build goes ahead so any changes can be made before hand, the same procedure will be carried out for the external structure to.

Mezzanine levels are a popular addition in our Barn garden buildings where there is a second level in an open plan design. This is a modern way to create a second floor when space is limited, and many high street retailers have taken up this idea as the open air atmosphere allows people to see most of the products offered whilst on one floor, rather than having completely separate floors. On the other hand larger retailers may be a few stories high, like offices and shopping centres.

Air conditioning can be an important factor to include in warmer countries. Such faculties will add to the overall cost but may be essential in larger stores where fans and opened windows are not allowed.
