Workplace and home stress levels high

By Steven Willis on 1st July, 2010
A new study has found that the level of stress experienced both in the workplace and at home is a significant issue for many of us. The Philips Health and Wellbeing Index, which polled more than 1500 US residents, found that 43% of the respondents claimed that their bosses created stress at work, and some 58% felt the same about their partners at home.
Creating a space where your work can take precedence and the distractions of the office and home are left behind is an effective solution to stress. A garden office from Decorated Shed is a secluded haven of concentration and relaxation, set aside from the busy house and a world away from the hustle and bustle of a shared office.
As well as removing the element of stress, a garden office is a great way to boost productivity and output, as your time is spent focused on the things that matter instead of the distractions of others.
