GLOBE 2010

By Dawn Kubicek on 14th April, 2010
Scott Horner from Decorated Shed attended Globe 2010 in Vancouver, Canada at the end of March. Decorated Shed was one out of ten selected businesses from the UK to attend this global green construction event.
GLOBE was a key networking event giving Scott the opportunity to seek out new contacts, and worldwide material stockists.
The GLOBE Foundation is a Vancouver-based, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to finding practical business-oriented solutions to the world's environmental problems. Whilst at GLOBE one of our objectives was to make relations with manufacturers who supply the best quality Western Red Cedar wood. This exercise was successful and as a company Decorated Shed's construction material is some of the best in the world, and sourced from certified managed resources.
