Get ready for summer in a garden studio

By Steven Willis on 22nd May, 2012
While the build quality and superior insulation of a Decorated Shed garden studio make it a great place to spend time all year round, there’s something particularly rewarding about using it in the summer.
Here are some of the many ways in which a garden studio can become the centre of your activities this summer.
Invigorate your work
The expansive bi-fold doors on our garden studios have the ability to really bring the outdoors in, and there’s nothing better when it’s warm and sunny. Forget about being ‘cooped up’ indoors at work on a lovely day – with a garden studio you can simply slide open the doors and work as if you’re outside in the fresh air.
Get together in style
Summer is the time for garden parties, barbeques and generally getting together outside and having fun – even more so with the Queen’s Jubilee this year. A garden studio can provide a stunning centrepiece for any summer party, acting as the hub around which everyone can gather.
Summer of sport
With the Olympics and Euro 2012 the summer is set to be a festival of world class sport. Where better to watch the drama unfold than in a garden studio? Many of our customers have developed their garden studios to be dedicated home cinema rooms, providing a flawless entertainment experience and the ideal place to witness what is set to be an unforgettable sporting summer.
Long, lazy evenings
The pleasure of a summer’s day doesn’t have to end when the sun goes down. Sitting back and relaxing with a drink on the deck of a garden studio is the perfect way to wind down from the excitement of the day, and to enjoy some well-deserved relaxation.
